Bivalent COVID-19 Boosters: The Latest Tool to Protect your Patients from Omicron and Previous Variants

With the introduction of the bivalent COVID-19 booster, there is a new option to help to protect Canadians from the predominant omicron variant. This new option increases the antibody response to the omicron variant as well as every other previous variant. This new option will only be effective if eligible patients receive the booster. With each subsequent dose of COVID-19 vaccines, the uptake by Canadians has been less and this increases the risk of serious complications due to COVID-19. In this webinar, we will cover the implementation of the COVID-19 booster in practice and provide strategies to increase booster uptake.
